The building is situated in the north-western end of the plot, so it has panoramic yard with south - eastern exposure. The house consists two floors, the first one has entrance hall, WC and bathroom, kitchen, dining-room and living-room. In the living-room it may be a fireplace, with will use common chimney with outdoor barbeque. At the second floor are situated entrance hall,three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
